Everything was very good, and the breakfast was delicious and great with the most amazing eggs too. We had the double room provided with fresh bedding. The hotel was in a central setting close to everything including starting points for the many walks.

Everything was excellent, welcoming staff, particularly good views over the sea. It was in a central setting close to the Valley of Rocks. Further, it was really close to the Lynton / Lynmouth cliff railway, and several good restaurants and the top of the Lynton/Lynmouth cliff railway. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Having a huge window and coffee in our beautifully decorated room. Beautiful central location, next to the cliff railway and restaurants, and the center of Lynton. Also, in Lynton near top of funicular.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the charming guest house in Lynton and was absolutely delighted by my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hosts Bryan and Julia made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and genuine hospitality. They were attentive to every detail and ensured that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
In terms of drawbacks, the only minor inconvenience I encountered was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. However, this did not bother me during my stay and was simply an observation for others.

Honestly nothing to complain about. It is a cosy base for one night, has excellent views of the town. Gorgeous breakfast and superb food selection. Extra care from the friendly and really kind staff. Central location, within easy walking distance of The Glen Lyn Gorge. Based close to a nearby restaurant, the Valley and close to a hiking trails;)))
